Peer Supports for DSPD Clients and their Families (DHHS90947)

Peer support provides a person and their family with a peer who either has lived experience as an individual with a disability, or is a family member of an individual with a disability, for the purpose of lending the Person support and guidance. DHHS90947 is an open-ended Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) that will result in an approved vendor list (AVL). Responses are to be submitted outside of U3P as per the instructions in the RFSQ. DO NOT SUBMIT RESPONSES THROUGH U3P as such responses are inaccessible to DHHS.
