Clinical Evaluations, Treatment, Wrap Services, and Forensic Evaluations (DHHS91073)

Services include psychotherapy, pyschological and neuropsychological evaluation, pharmacologic evaluation and management, psychosocial rehabilitative services, therapeutic behavioral services, family and youth peer support services, evidence-based program models for prevention of foster care services, mentoring, day treatment, respite, behavior consultation and adaptive behavior treatment, clinical consultation, DSPD eligibility evaluation and specialty psychological services, forensic evaluations, domestic violence treatment services, pre-admission screenings and resident review evaluations, and in-home adaptive parenting services. DHHS91073 is an open-ended Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) that will result in an approved vendor list (AVL). Responses are to be submitted outside of U3P as per the instructions in the RFSQ document. DO NOT SUBMIT RESPONSES THROUGH U3P as such responses are inaccessible to DHHS.
