Emergency Placement Shelter (DHHS91199)

Adult Protective Services (APS) is an agency of the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Aging and Adult Services (DHHS). The purpose of this contract is to provide short-term shelter to eligible APS clients. DHHS91199 is an invitation for applications (IFA).  Responses are to be submitted via email as per the instructions in the IFA document posted below. DO NOT SUBMIT RESPONSES THROUGH U3P as such responses are inaccessible to DHHS.
