What:
The Utah Department of Health (UDOH) will host a public hearing to seek input on proposed fees in the Medical Cannabis Program. The program will be funded entirely by fees, and the UDOH encourages anyone with an interest in the program to attend the hearing and provide feedback.
Proposed fees include, but are not limited to: medical cannabis pharmacy application and licensing fees, medical cannabis pharmacy transaction fees, medical cannabis patient card fees, qualified medical provider registration fees, and medical cannabis courier application and licensing fees.
