Federal guidance letters

Starting July 1, 2025, state agencies are required to publish certain federal guidance letter information received by the state agency on public websites and transmit copies to the Legislature. Please see SB 198, passed in 2025 (Utah State Code 63G-16-3).Letters will be listed here as links to PDFs with the most recently received letters listed first.
