Utah Indian Health Advisory Board
About the Utah Indian Health Advisory Board (UIHAB)
The purpose of the Utah Indian Health Advisory Board (UIHAB) is for Utah tribes to discuss health concerns, policies, and programs with DHHS. It includes representatives from each of the 8 tribes in Utah who speak on behalf of their tribes and representatives from the Urban Indian Organization (UIO).
The Office of American Indian and Alaska Native Health and Family Services (IHFS) strives to be a well-respected public health and human services office within DHHS for all federally recognized tribes of Utah and tribal organizations.
