    How to create a new DTS website maintenance or service level agreement

    DTS initiates website maintenance and service level agreements (SLAs). Please note that website maintenance agreements and SLAs are different types of agreements than DTS special billing agreements (SBAs).  SBA's follow the DTS Contracts process and are not exempt from the APR form and scope of work review.

  1. DTS Initiates Agreement


    DTS initiates both website maintenance agreements and service level agreements.

  2. OU AAG Review


    Upon receiving a DTS website maintenance agreement or service level agreement, the OU is responsible to send the agreement to the OU's AAG for legal review.

    Est timeline: 1 week

  3. Agreement Execution


    DTS will send the agreement for signatures. The OU director may sign both DTS website maintenance agreements and service level agreements.

    Est timeline: 2 weeks
