Process Steps

    How to create a new MOU for individual internships or education assistance

    MOU's are defined as agreements that do not contain an expenditure of money.

  1. Agreement Review

    Agreements must be reviewed by the OU AAG.  

    A scope of work writing guide is posted on the PCM website, Agreement Resources Page.

    Est timeline: 1 week

  2. Agreement Execution

    The OU sends the agreement for signatures and files the agreement.

    Est timeline: 2.5 weeks
