Our ombuds can help

We are an impartial office involved in the investigation of concerns brought to us by the public. We investigate concerns we have authority over. We provide referrals and recommendations and offer assistance in navigating the concerns shared with us. We advocate for changes in policies and practices to better serve Utahns.
