As of August 19, 2025, the number of Utah residents who have been diagnosed with measles in 2025: 11.
There have been no new cases since July 21. There are currently no known contagious cases of measles in Utah.
We report the local health district of residency in which people have been confirmed to have measles.
- 7 people are residents of the Utah County Health District
- 4 people are residents of the Southwest Utah Public Health District
All of these people are unvaccinated.
The following dates are when people with measles were reported to public health.
- July 21: 1 person in the Southwest Utah Public Health District (no community exposures identified by the local health district)
- July 14: 1 person in the Southwest Utah Public Health District
- July 1: 2 people in the Utah County Health District
- June 27: 2 people in the Utah County Health District
- June 26: 5 people—3 in the Utah County Health District, 2 in the Southwest Utah Public Health District
